Our Impact: Finding Common Ground

Place-Based Leadership in Action

What does it mean to be “In Community with Place”?

The focus of this year’s Common Ground Summit is on place—not only physical locations, but also the foods, practices, stories, and people that bring them to life.

Regenerative, place-based leadership challenges us to embrace a whole systems approach, building reciprocal relationships with every stakeholder in an ecosystem. When we design gatherings in a place that embodies an interconnected, regenerative food cycle, our role in the greater natural system crystalizes.

Our Input: Beyond Networking

A curated gathering bridging the professional conference and personal retreat models. At Common Ground Summit, participants bring their whole selves, moving beyond transactional networking or professional development and transcending the ego to spark real, integrated connection, creativity and action.

Our Output: Vibrant Community

The process of co-creation builds trust. Like in an ensemble, everyone plays a role and brings something to the table in a reciprocal manner. The connections we seed represent a tapestry of shared passions and dreams, creating a vibrant community driven by a common desire to make a difference.

Our Outcome: Deep Connection

Connections grow and deepen into rich friendships, unexpected projects and collaborations, and surprising outcomes. Participants thrive when they find like-minded people—partners in hope and regenerative action.

We find common ground together, and the soil is rich with possibility. A movement grows roots.
