Common Ground Ensemble is a platform for deep human connection and cooperation—a curated network of talented people who care, along with the infrastructure needed to make things happen.
With our Summit and other events, it is our intention to create opportunities for both business ventures and personal projects to take root, find community, and thrive.
We believe that if you bring together outstanding people, who otherwise wouldn’t meet, and create an atmosphere of trust, great things will happen.
We are creating a movement centered around what it means to belong.
We cultivate reciprocal and transformational relationships for a greater purpose: to accelerate and augment human talent and passion, to frame stories and unique perspectives that need to be told, and to give each individual a feeling of wholeness and opportunity.
We celebrate the unique individual while acknowledging that real systemic change can only come from the collective.
Our network is like a rhizome, a nomadic system of growth and propagation where every element is interconnected. An inspiring environment where co-creation is the rule, not the exception.

Through our diverse and eclectic community, we brought award-winning filmmakers, funders, and community faith leaders together. They are now developing a film project focused on a pivotal moment in American history.
Funding for a research lab using AI to ensure that indigenous communities retain the downstream benefits of traditional plants that are often commodified and commercialized.
Academic collaborations between community education leaders and university professors.
A partnership between Earth University and Common Ground to create opportunities for youth from the African and South American continents in Agricultural Sciences.
Community hubs and groups coming together across the country with shared meals in Brooklyn, SF, LA and Oahu, as well as ongoing programming throughout the year to bring Summit ideas and values to our community.
Chef collaborations and pop-ups between chefs from Hawaii and Chile
We've also seen people travel across the world to meet up with friends they've made at the summit; people have been welcomed into family homes when traveling abroad thanks to connections made at the Summit.
