Common Ground Summit
A 3-day regenerative leadership retreat
November 20 - 22, 2024
North Shore, Kauai
spots limited
The Common Ground Summit is an immersive gathering designed to change the way you approach connection to Place.
Join us for three days and three nights of curated and timely conversations, thoughtful experiences, ridiculously good food and opportunities to build meaningful relationships.
What does it mean to authentically connect with Place?
We focus on Place as meaning more than physical location — but also the foods, practices, histories, and people that bring this location to life. This focus challenges us to embrace a whole systems approach to regenerative change. We do this in one of the most beautiful parts of the word, intentionally.
Building on last year’s conversation on food systems design, we widen our lens in 2024 to focus on the power of place as a foundation of regenerative leadership and personal transformation.
Place is the often-forgotten element that inspires and anchors profound, impact-driven connection.
It is a mindset that considers culture, community, environment and future generations in everything we do.
Join us as we explore the role of place-based leadership in driving global systems to function like local communities, as a critical pathway to forming regenerative relationships.

Why We Gather?
1. Personal transformation.
Experience the awe of deep and meaningful human connection that transforms us to embrace shared core values of compassion, empathy & belonging while cultivating a reciprocal relationship with the world around us.

Refine your regenerative leadership skills in a rich, value-driven environment designed to integrate people, spaces and ecosystems with net positive systems for future generations.
3. Peak moments of joy.
Immerse yourself in an enriching blend of cultural ceremonies, skill-building workshops, live music, and fireside storytelling. Share a villa with fellow participants and enjoy profound moments of connection around night caps on the lanai and early morning swims in the ocean.
4. A culinary adventure.
Prepare to indulge in a three day exquisite Island-to-Table culinary voyage, each meal thoughtful crafting a story of the Hawaiian food system with an artistic flair. Delight in a journey curated by our decadent ensemble of chefs, farmers, fishers and producers.
5. A spectacular location.
Explore the breathtaking allure of Kaua’i - from the legendary North Shore waves to serene, picturesque hikes. Relish in days filled with adventure or relaxation, whether it’s snorkeling beside sea turtles, or simply unwinding on pristine sandy beaches.

“It’s my second year here and I felt the first year was epic and it couldn’t get any better, but the second year has just blown my mind exponentially.
What I get from here is a recharge for another year.”
